MEDITATION & PRACTICE

There will be a meditation, information on pranic healing and chakra balancing on Mondays, 7pm-8:30pm except for the first Mondays of the month which are for arhatic students.

First Monday of the month. Kindly bring blue triangle. All levels are invited to the Quaker Hall, 119 Devonshire Street, Surry Hills at 7:10 PM to 9PM to improve your techniques. Group energy is much stronger than practicing on your own.
